Exemptions (1)
Total migration and potassium permanganate consumption standards may be disapplied where a food-grade water-soluble substance is used for moisture proofing of dry food.
“건조식품의 방습유지 등을 위하여 수용성 물질(식품 또는 식품첨가물로 허용되어 있는 물질에 한한다)이 사용된 경우에는 총용출량 및 과망간산칼륨소비량의 규격을 적용하지 아니할 수 있다.”

Exemptions (1)
Total migration and potassium permanganate consumption standards may be disapplied where a food-grade water-soluble substance is used for moisture proofing of dry food.
