Notice 2026-24 in force from 2026-03-27 (시행일자 20260327); 부칙 제2조 applies it to articles first manufactured, processed or imported (by shipment date) after enforcement. 부칙 제1조 delays only the amendment of Ⅴ. 1. 1-8. 가. 3) (DEHP and DEHA values, effective 2027-03-28); this limit is unchanged by that amendment and applies now.
