Subsection 7(c) has no date of its own; it implements the 7(a)/(b) label duty, which starts two years after the effective date. The 7(e) exemption (cookware too small for a two square inch label, with no wrapper or tag) is from "the labeling requirements of this section"; the online statement is the label statement carried to the listing, so it is exempted too.
